Once you purchase this you will receive an email regarding your custom options, so be sure the email you enter is in proper working order and entered correctly. Once you agree on the proof, construction begins and your completed stitch will ship out within 2 weeks. If no response is received within 48 hours of attempt to contact, all payment will be refunded and your purchase will be cancelled.
